Small Starting Ship

Description
I have replaced all starting ship (except miner) to a small ship carring enough items to build a small station with reactor, medical, refinery and assembler in order to prevent stupid people from crashing big ships against our bases with small effort on my dedicated server.
/Edit: Updated to include a station small cargo and a ship small drill.

Hopefully fixed crashes due to old file forma. Uranium upped to 1, added conveyor to cockpit and oxygen bottle.
