Adds a Gravestone Remover item that instantly removes every gravestone in your world! It can be bought from the merchant for 1 gold.

The gravestone varieties are:
-Tombstone
-Grave Marker
-Cross Grave Marker
-Headstone
-Gravestone
-Obelisk
-Golden Tombstone
-Golden Grave Marker
-Golden Cross Grave Marker
-Golden Headstone
-Golden Gravestone
