I think one of these programs might be able to do it, as they usually have some sort of functionality related to pretending to be an XYZ controller:
1. DualSenseX (Best Bet for PS5 Emulation)
2. DS4Windows (For DS4 to DualSense Emulation)
3. ViGEm + HidHide (Advanced Spoofing)
Perhaps disabling chadley is within reach for non ps5 pad players too! Keyboard players might be able to just plug in a controller to enable the option and leave it hanging while they play keyboard.
