This is my replica of SH-3A
Some history
The Sikorsky SH-3 Sea King (company designation S-61) is an American twin-engined anti-submarine warfare (ASW) helicopter designed and built by Sikorsky Aircraft. A landmark design, it was one of the first ASW rotorcraft to use turboshaft engines.

The Sea King has its origins in efforts by the United States Navy to counter the growing threat of Soviet submarines during the 1950s. Accordingly, the helicopter was specifically developed to deliver a capable ASW platform; in particular, it combined the roles of hunter and killer, which had previously been carried out by two separate helicopters. The Sea King was initially designated HSS-2, which was intended to imply a level of commonality to the earlier HSS-1; it was subsequently redesignated as the SH-3A during the early 1960s.

the bags were simply for tough seas, it would still float without them deployed. My uncle was a crew chief on them in the 80s and he confimed they did float with engines off. At any rate I found one on workshop that does float. Its pretty important especially for solo rescues.

@♀⛤WitchyWoman⛤♀, key words - deployable airbags and water tight hull, sadly its impossible to implement with 1:1 scale :(
i would gladly make it float, but its impossible, or ill need to glitch the hell out of it.

Taken from wiki, The adoption of an amphibious hull allowed a Sea King to conduct a water landing and, being completely watertight, would enable the rotorcraft to remaining floating for prolonged periods on the ocean's surface. Deployable airbags in the aircraft's sponsons added to the rotorcraft's stability and buoyancy, resisting pitching and rolling.[6] The hull design was compatible with landing on challenging terrain, including ice, snow, swamp land, and tundra.[5] Wheels are installed in the sponsons for land operations.[

The picture I posted the engine is off. I used to watch seakings off the california coast do this all the time to practice water rescues when I was a child. The old coast guard Seaguard was also capable of the same thing. They are able to flat about about a half an hour with the egnine off but its not recommended for too long. After all the helicopter does have a boat/flotation hull. there are a few others on here that do float. My problem was when I landed in your it sunk immediately which it should not do. At any rate if its too difficult to model in Stormworks its no big deal. I still like your model.

@♀⛤WitchyWoman⛤♀, on all pics the engine is still on, it just cant have so good flotation with its mass without lifting force

♀⛤WitchyWoman⛤♀, such helicopters are not supposed to float without engine help.
I have not writen anywhere that it floats.

How do you actually "land" on water:
You set althold to lets say, 1 m and it touches the water to keep position better
Make sure you have water bit below the cargo floor.
- You are free to go after your survivor, it hovers low enought for you to get in.

I also got some warning about no diesel tank available but it still flew it just does not float,
