MODUS For The Responders

Description
This mod adds MODUS, the AI from Fallout 76, to The Responders in Rustbelt Rising.

How to get MODUS:
Run through your generic focus tree (Yes, I'm sorry, no special focus tree for MODUS, I just wanted the Responders to have a unique leader available to them.); Go down the Intellectuals branch, and you should get MODUS. If you don't get him for some reason, then I screwed up somewhere.

TLDR: Go down intellectuals branch, you'll get him as your leader.
I may make a focus tree for him in the future, but I am not knowledgable of Fallout 76 enough to do one as of present.
