Capital of totalitarianism - kosepote - Assets List and start map
A capital center in elegant Art deco and classic style. In the know Kosepote style

The series collection called "Nation, Capital and the People" on my profil contains most asset. But I might have added some new. Just use Skyve to see if any is missing

I recommend to use the modlist I also have. I used this for atlest 2000h without problem.

Instruction for getting the assets that not in the collection
Subscribe here, start game when its downloaded, main meny/content manager/save games.
Next too this save game is a button that says copy "something", press this.
Then open skyve/utillity and there is an paste button to paste inn what you copied from the game
Steam has an limit on 1000 in workshiop, meaning if you gonna activate all, do it in batches where you activate less then 1000 each time. that is the reason i don't have a collection.



I have all DLC so not 100% that is needed to start the city.
Instruction before starting the city:
81 titles mod:
Enable electricity, water and 81 tiles.
Prop control:
Update prop on elevation change "on"
Keep props over ground"off"

Rico prevent styles from removing excising buildings on
make all plpped growables historical
locked prop growables level both on

When it comes too lightning, colour, theme etc I will soon make a video on it, its pretty complex too get very good result.
Depending on how much ram you have, you can always skip themes abd tree packs that are large.
Also recommend too have a pagefile and atleast 32gb ram (even if you might managed too run it on 16)
