请问维京长船无法发动海岸扫荡，是因为扫荡能力是写在挪威领袖能力那里而不是维京长船上的原因吗

玩到信息时代之后突然发现领袖给的特殊加成全部没有了 背景音乐也变成文明6默认音乐了 但是后续建造的安布罗西亚工厂还有加成
