Vengeant's "Just Better" Mod 2.49

Description
Vanilla Shogun 2 is great, and it still excels today despite being older tech, older UI, and older controls. In my experience, though, some tweaks were needed to bring out maximum enjoyment. While not perfect, with the mod it plays out much closer to what I want. These tweaks are largely to values that affect campaign pacing, but there are a couple battle-centric changes as well. Most were inspired by other mods I have tried over the years, though not all. Because it's too long to list a full change log, here's a summary of my changes (note requires all Shogun 2 DLC):

BATTLE
- Added "Yari Wall" ability to Yari Samurai, instead of just Yari Ashigaru
- Increased range of non-naval gunpowder/grenade units by 50%, and Daikyu samurai (Chosokabe clan special unit) by 15%
- Slightly increased damage of Chosokabe Daikyu samurai arrows
- More ammo for certain ranged unit types

CAMPAIGN
- Revised research costs to allow more character to your setup before the end of the game
- Legendary buildings are no longer unique, allowing for multiple copies within your own territory
- Delayed the food cost progression for upgraded forts and Market chain buildings
- Edit AI building and recruiting priorities
- Increased ALL trade ships' trade income value
- Increased Clan bonuses slightly to make them a more distinct experience - ex: Date charge bonus of 2 in vanilla, 5 in JBM
- Tweaked values on generals' commission offices (Commissioner for Warfare/Development/etc) to make them scale better
- I could not figure out how to make the pesky Leased Land building destructible, so I made the cost so high that the AI will not choose
- Changed general talent "legendary warrior" to be 25%/50% (up from 15%/30%) in size
- Changed value "lazy" penalty for sitting a general around too long to 0 (edit - this tweak doesn't seem to be working, alas)
