  • Changes every reference of pills in the UI
  • Reskins every pill and horse pill in the game
  • Lazarus' pill becomes a Mana Potion
  • Plays a Terraria gulp sound effect when the potions are drunk
  • Golden pills become Red Potions

  • Does not affect gameplay

good idea about red's potion not sure about calamity content though

You should make the golden pill Red's Potion and the golden horse pill the Bucket of Pain from Calamity
