Description
This asset has an odd shape so it is best to pre-plan the area you want to place it first!

Ericsson's Ottawa Research and Development Lab. This building opened in 1992 as the headquarters of TCC Canada. The building would be sold to Ericsson in 2013 who would convert it into the companies largest research and development lab in North America. Today Ericsson still uses the building as one of its two R&D labs in Canada.


RICO: This building is RICO compatible and functions as a "High Tech" Office. It can be found in the IT Cluster category and it doesn't need to be placed in an IT Cluster district. If you are not using RICO this building can be found in the monument menu (Level V).
