Spaceguard Turret Network

Description
Adds the Spaceguard Turret Network, better known as Stonehenge from Ace Combat, to ICBM Escalation. Used almost explicitily for anti asteroid operations. How good are they? It's a rail gun system. You're going to need a lot more than just one to get the job done.

With a railgun shot traveling at a speed of 6km/s the Spacegaurd Turret Network will allow you to effectively dispatch numberous incoming ICBMs at a range of 4000km (8000km once you research railguns). It also includes the ability to engage in ASAT Operations but it's a bit of a worse option for them opposed to a dedicated ASAT Silo. Later research leads to allowing it to engage aircraft, however it's not very good at this, but is always an option against some aircraft types.
However, this device is not infallable, it can be easily overwhelmed by a large amount of incoming ICBMs and MIRVS, thus the need for a network.

This version comes with the Spaceguard Turret System and a Spaceguard Turret Network consisting of 8 Turret Systems operating in tandem.

While I strive to make my mods work with vanilla the best they can. If you're playing with a total overhaul mod or a mod that removes, instead of modifies, techs that the base game has you can assume my mod will break at no fault of my own.

Future plans: AI useage
Ideas:
Stonehenge buildable (1 per faction) which is the current Turret Network + Airport that only has intercepters AND reduce current Turret Network to 3-4 cannons to add flexability.

Do that flying aircraft carrier mod from the first game again if that is possible.

I'm not sure if the AI being unable to use it is something I can make toggle-able. I was also contemplating making a "competetive" version as a separate workshop mod that would limit the space guards and make them more fun to play against. So if anywhere I'd work the AI use into there.

I like that the AI cannot use it. If you do introduce that, I hope you can make it a toggle-able setting so you can choose if the AI can use it or not.

I have no current plans to make other super weapons from ace combat. My next plan is actually a Helldivers destroyer. It really just depends on how hard I think it will be to implement. So the Excalibur might make an appearance, but it's a strong might.
