Special: Ringtone
3 Rings appear that do damage but no knockback

Down Special: Dodge
a Counter attack that does a attack if hit

Up Special: Hover
Frisk goes into Heart mode and flies upwards.

Side Special: ATTACK
Frisk dashes forward with their knife.

ULTRA:
Spawns a save point that lasts 15 seconds and grants a new life if Frisk dies with it active

Great character but ultimate needs a nerf. It should not take your % damage back to 0 when you die. It should force you to keep your % but stop you from losing a stock while active.
