Upon pressing Play on the Steam client, you will be presented with a MS-DOS command line. Not to worry, as this requires no input on your end, nor do you require MS-DOS experience from here on out.



After viewing the intro videos, you will be presented with the main menu of Blood: Fresh Supply



There will be many options to choose from, but naturally, you're interesting in living once again. For that you'll want to select New Game. This will take you to the Episode select screen...

You might be inclined to select any episode, but you'll want to select The Way of All Flesh if you wish to live again. Selecting any other episode will have you already be alive, which is not the state of commencing life once more.

You will then be presented with the Difficulty select screen...

You are free to select any difficulty you are comfortable with. Each difficulty is represented by steak temperatures, which should give you a good idea of what to expect from here on out.

Ideally, you'll want to select Still Kicking if you wish to prolong how long you wish to be alive for. Or if you wish to not be alive for long, you'll want to select Extra Crispy.

For advanced users, it is recommended to select Made to Order so you may fine tailor how long you wish to be alive.

Once you select your desired difficulty, the game will commence...

Once the game has loaded up, you will be elevated from a drawn grave. How the grave opens by itself is not clear, but that's not important. What matters is what happens next:

You will hear the main protagonist, Caleb, announcing that he lives...again. Which is an indicator that you yourself are living again.
