Beskrivning
A large park with a man-made lake, viewing deck, boats for rent, swans (animated), food court and playground.

Attract tourists and provides a high amount of entertainment.

Requirements:
  • "Hotels & Retreats" DLC (that's where the pond model comes from)
  • "Parklife" DLC (that's where the paths, fence, kayaks and animated swans come from)
  • Network Anarchy mod with "Anarchy" on

How to use it:
  • Turn on "Anarchy"
  • Open Find It and search for "lake park"
  • Plop it next to a road on a flat surface
  • If you want to remove the fence (for example, to connect a path as a back entrance), use Network Multitool --> "Unlock segments"

Cost = $12,000
Maintenance = $96/week
Entertainment = 175
Tourists = 200

(by the way, I set the asset to "no DLC required" but its built into the model)
