Description

A large park with a man-made lake, viewing deck, boats for rent, swans (animated), food court and playground.

How to use it:

Turn on "Anarchy"
Open Find It 2 and search for "lake park"
Plop it next to a road on a flat surface
If you want to remove the fence (for example, to connect a path as a back entrance), use "Network Multitool" --> "Unlock segments"
