Tactical Radio(戰術無線電/戦術のラジオ/战术无线电) can help you communicate with teammates. You can vocalize while you're playing L4D2, spam "go go go", "team fall back", "they're coming", etc.

Certainly, you can also mislead your teammates with wrong messages. It's tactics.

You wanted to translate it into other language? Certainly, you can do it then re-upload it without asking or credits as long as your language can support ANSI code. As far as I know, Japanese(日本語-日本), sChinese(简体中文-中国) and tChinese(繁體中文-臺灣) won't support the code.
