Description
Norfolk Southern year 2012 on Horseshoe Curve.
On a Summer evening, drive the Amtrak Pennsylvanian from Cresson westward.
Player AI: GE P42DC plus Amtrak cars (Amtrak HHP-8)

In this scenario, (in a collection of 10), I have spent more time covering rail lines with grass, to make the Horseshoe Curve closer to reality (where tracks have been removed). The area has less activity now than in the 50s/60s.
See the Extra DLC list below, for NS locomotives used.

Do NOT need Southampton-Salisbury Extension!

Best if played from under the 'Standard' scenario Tab not Workshop.

Route: Horseshoe Curve
Duration: 32 minutes Difficulty: Easy/Medium
Scenario: Standard

Extra DLC (Developer & Loco pack):
For the Amtrak Pennsylvanian:
RSC: GE P42DC (locomotive) (ACTIVE)
DTG: Amtrak HHP-8 (Amfleet cars) (ACTIVE)

DTM: EMD SD45 (ACTIVE)
TheLocoShop: EMD SD60E (ACTIVE)
RSC: EMD SW1500 Switcher
RSC: EMD GP9 (ACTIVE)
DTG: EMD GP40-2 (ACTIVE)

US Loco & Asset Pack
European Loco & Asset Pack

I hope you enjoy it.

Please let me know what you think of the scenario.

Hi arktiem,
Hello there and thank you.
This series is definitely up there as one of the most rewarding. I finally decided to do one where I covered up the full length of the removed track with grass. it took a while, but it makes all the difference. A fitting end.
I suppose you are heading towards your cold winter days soon - but enjoy the warmer days now.
Cheers

Hi crlynch,
Great you had that 60mm over there.
We are now about to have our first 35c in a few days.
Well it is great you enjoyed my refreshed version of the route. I thoroughly enjoyed the end result. Amazing how much difference it made to the 'feel'. Thanks for the great feedback.

What a great end to a spectacular series! I loved how it brought everything together. This is one of your best series yet, and that's saying something since all of the ones I have run have all be super. Your hard work and dedication to innovation place your works into a higher league and I feel so fortunate to run your scenarios and be your friend. Take care, be safe, and I'll go on to the next one! :choo::chooo::choooo:
