If your gramophone doesn't start and the door doesn't open, then you need to do this:
1. Start the gramophone.
2. Wait 1 minute and 30 seconds from the moment of start.
3. The door will open.
The game script that opens the door works INDEPENDENTLY of the gramophone. You only need to WAIT 1 minute and 30 seconds (that's how long the gramophone works).
I had this problem too.
This bug is only in this version ("Total conversion"), in it all the monologues of the gramophone and diary entries are not voiced. You should keep this in mind.
Therefore, if you want to hear the monologues of the gramophone and diary entries, then you should install another version of this custom. https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3360207120
It has a classic interface like the original Amnesia, but it has voice acting for all the gramophones and diaries.
Good luck and enjoy the game. This is the best custom game out of all the existing ones.
I tried limiting my framerate to 60 through the Nvidia Control Panel, but it did not fix the issue.
I can see that i am not the only one here with this problem as @Petruinfinitee1000 has written about the same bug. Please respond soon @tkachukov260698.
