Description
Adds Herr Kaleun from the legendary movie "Das Boot" as a skilled submarine Admiral (skipper) to Hearts of Iron IV.

Currently only adds Herr Kaleun Lehman as an Admiral to Germany, maybe ill add Thomsen too.
