P.S. You can actually use the Achaemenid Shahbaz for their dynastic emblem from the Coat of Arms designer.
In English Hellen is also used to refer to the Greeks and things pertaining to them.
Greek is used as English has a Latin preference and as a means to distinguish ancient and roman Greek.
Additionally if legitimization is an issue the Hellas kingdom title would need to be renamed to Greek and the Hellenic language to Greek.
