Description
Does as the name says on the tin, prevents the Gigastructural Engineering Aeternum crisis from spawning with celestial warships on all difficulties

Not tested on Lux Aeternum difficulty (it's literally impossible to select right now anyway so L)

From the moment I understood the weakness of tempests mods, it disgusted me. I craved the strength and certainty of bad balance. I aspired to the purity of the Blessed elowiny. Your kind cling to your balance, as though it will not be gone with vanilla dlcs. One day the crude balance you call a temple will wither, and you will beg my kind to save you. But I am already saved, for the steam workshop is immortal… Even in death I serve acot.
