Adjust Icker Spawn Rate

Description
Icker are very annoying and numerous in the caves, and this mod can adjust the spawn rate of Icker.



Please note: The newly added "Herald of Tenebrau" in the Halloween update has a 20% chance to replace Icker. These are independent events in terms of probability, so reducing the amount of Icker will also decrease the generation of "Herald of Tenebrau".
