Madman's Toothpaste Emporium Fix

Description
Simple fix for the distribution errors, as well as a fix for the mouthwash calling the wrong lua function.
Also changed the recipes to use vanilla baking soda, and removed original mods baking soda from the distribution lists

Do not include this in any modpacks. Feel free to add this to a collection though

There were a few places that weren't spawning the items due to typos, you can check your error log after running a game with the mod installed if you're curious which ones

By "Simple fix for the distribution errors" whachu mean? Were items not spawning in their correct containers? Where items too abundant?
