TTT Detective Footvision

Description
Detective TTT item that allows a toggle-able vision of footsteps of all players

Passive Foot-vision enables/disables Foot-vision with a "ttt_toggle_disguise" bind.

It's now just like armor or a radar and not an actual item you hold.
