[Kei] Enhanced County View

Description
The county view wasn't to my taste (no icons for stats, holding view getting busy especially the modifiers grid) so I made my own version.

Features
• Different look for the county UI
• County and Holding stats shown with icons instead of text labels
• County Modifiers can be expanded
• Larger Barony tabs
• Holding information split in tabs
• Can display way more buildings

Compatibility
• Only edits the gui\window_county_view.gui file
• For all compatible mods, put this mod below them in the load order
• Fully compatible with my Culture & Faith Granularity mod
• Compatible with the mods specified in the Compatible Mods Thread

This is my new favourite UI mod. The tabs can be a bit annoying at first but it works perfectly with MPE (which adds a lot more baronies, the UI adapts to the extra slots) AND it has a scrolling window for building slots that just keeps getting bigger if I spam more building slots.

This mod allows you "Replace Vassal Buildings", even for indirect vassals.
