Just No Happiness

Description
Because the nearest "No Happiness Mod" contained building changes and was reported to be causing crashes, I opted to learn from what jython234 did and create my own mod that results in Just No Happiness.

The reason for this mod is that I'm about to start playing on YnAEMP maps which do not support the Really Advanced Setup mod or other scenario-type changes. My aim is to eliminate happiness while playing on a Giant TSL so that I won't have to worry about border gore.
