Better Focustree Rescale

Description
Introduction:
A Simple mod Allows you To Rescale You Focus screen between 0.01x and 3x
Thus you can take a full view of a large tree like Brazil's or somehow KX's
During scaling, all the focustree utilities shall still work even in a very small scale
Compatibility:
Should compatible with any mod
if somehow it doesn't work,you can try to manually add it to the descriptor.mod

It seems i cant move my screen all the way to the right but i can zoom out enough to see the whole thing
