1982 26m Broward Motor Yacht

Description
About
This is by no means an accurate replica of the 1982 87 ft Broward. I just wanted to make my first yacht. I also had fun with a semi realistic boat transmission. Have fun and remember that you don't need to drive at full speed all the time. Engine power was reduced on purpose to have a nice cruise speed.

Features
  • 4 separate bedrooms, beds for 6 people.
  • 3 toilets
  • Large and beautiful lounge
  • Heading Hold
  • Working Flybridge
  • Independent engine throttle control
  • Radar
  • Realistic lua fin stabilization

Specification
  • Top speed: 35 knots, 65 km/h, 40 mph
  • Range: 150 km at a cruise of 25 knots
  • Fuel capacity 15 000 L
  • Mass: 32 200
  • Spawning cost: 207 000

Usage
The usage of this boat is very easy. First head in to the engine room and start the main engines. The generators are optional. Then you can use ether of the helms and us W/S for throttle. Holding space will stop the boat. When throttle is negative reverse in engaged.

Heating
I have always thought that the heaters in the game are way too OP. way too much heat for way too little power. So for this build I made the heating system a bit more complicated... Heating system can be activated from the engine room. The system involves an electric furnace, water circulation pumps, heat exchangers, water loops and air ducts. Maybe a bit over engineered? Nah, it was fun!

NOTE! It takes a couple of minutes for the ship to heat up just like in real life. You wont freeze to death though. Tested in the arctic.

Im sorry to inform you but that is WAY too big. If I lift that on the side the yacht will flip. Just Stormworks physics...

May be you could make a lift to add this (with permission from the author): https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3023460372&searchtext=bay+boat (best little boat on the worshop)

I would love a tender but sadly they suck in Stormworks. Super hard to make and drive. They will flip over just from the weight of the character.

Love this thing! Any chance you could add a rhib/tender and davit on that back deck? One of my favorite yachts on the workshop.
