Annex City-States Remastered with a brand new UI panel and more functions

Intro

This mod provides a UI panel that allows you to annex a city-state with enough envoys to your empire by spending Gold or Faith, keep all influence bonus it could give, and gain all units of that city-state. You can release the city-state either.
The threshold and increment of the number of envoys for annex city-states can be adjusted in the "Advanced Settings".
Need to start a new game.
Theoretical compatible with almost city-states expansion mods.
Great Merchant Stamford Raffles' action ability is adjusted to 'Annex located City-State for free'.
Unavailable to AI.

To whomever is reading this, I hope your life gets better.
I hope you achieve your dreams, I hope you make it.
I may disagree with you, there may be things I hate about you, I don't know.
But I know that hatred will not solve the problems we see today.
In the interest of solidarity, whether you are male or female, white or black, I want to listen.
I hope that both of us can learn to listen more, to ALL people.
There is a large gender divide which is happening, men hate women, women hate men.
This needs to stop.
This will do nothing but kill us. We need to work together to build a better world.
I want to emphasize that both sides are guilty of not listening.
For things to get better we need to learn to get along, no matter race or gender.
We all have to share this planet.
I will not threaten anyone who reads this that something bad will happen if they do not spread this message, Instead I hope out of the goodness of their own hearts people will spread this.
