***NOTE*** Some French accents in the mod description were not rendered correctly in-game. I have therefore removed them.

Adds La Citadelle of Quebec as a wonder into the game, including wonder completion music (Enable music in-game to be able to hear it.)

La Citadelle is an active star fort in Quebec City, Canada. It occupies a site used continuously for military purposes since at least 1690. It is an official residence of the Canadian monarch and forms part of one of the only intact city walls in North America.

I had more Citadel-related plans for this wonder but am not able enough to code them. I'm tinkering with adding a defence bonus like the Red Fort, but for now, it functions as a tundra equivalent to Petra and provides a Great General Instead of a Trade Route.

The bonuses were inspired by St. Basil's Cathedral and the Canadian Civilization in Civilization 6.

The additional culture yield unlocked by Railroad is a nod to the Chateau Frontenac, another landmark of Quebec. The wonder completion music is the Canadian music from Civilization 6 and happens to be the quick march of the Royal 22nd Regiment, the army regiment headquartered at La Citadelle!

Wonder Stats:

> +1 Culture
> +1 Great Engineer Point
> +1 Production and +1 Culture to Tundra and Snow tiles
> +1 Great Scientist appears near the City where the Wonder was built.
> +6 Culture after Railroad is discovered.

City must be built on or next to Tundra.

Great wonder. Too bad the f*cking AI beat me to it.
Ah well, I still have a save on turn 80, gonna see if I can grab it somehow.

Wow. Combine this mod with Winterfell Castle (Wonders of Ice and Fire - The Great Houses) (+1 production on tundra and other stuff) and Inuksugalait (from the mod of the same name) (+1 production from tundra, +1 production and food from snow), and you have yourself a tundra Mega - Petra. Add in that data center wonder from Future Worlds that adds culture and science to tundra just to style on people.
