Better Nuclear Power Plant For Japan

It is recommended to play this mod with all DLCs and using the "Expansion: Gathering Storm" ruleset

Cities with nuclear power plants in Japanese civilization receive an additional amount of gold coins equivalent to the maintenance cost of the nuclear power plant, but nuclear power plants are more prone to more serious disasters, especially when water bodies are affected.(It may cause your CPU to spin)
