Add Earthlikes to TrueSpace

Compatability patch for Another City Terraformer and TrueSpace. Similar in function to this mod.

Features:
- Makes Earth-like City planets spawn as cool, mild, and warm planet types respectively (basically the middle rings, same as oceanic);
- Changes the Mine dungeon it spawns with to a Sewer dungeon, also adds small 0.5 chance of a Human Campsite to the spawn pool (homeless);
- Fixes wording and typos in planet descriptions through a patch;
- Changes the Barren horison graphics to Citybound ones, you see these when orbiting a planet.

Technically it can work without TrueSpace, since I added a test parameter to the .config.patch just in case it gets run without it what will skip the entire TrueSpace part, but I haven't tested it personally, lmk how it goes if you want to.
