It's quite simple actually: It has a very durable outer shell that is instantly reconstructed if any segment is broken (thanks to the power of factories), with a cooldown short enough to ensure that it is impenetrable. It is moved with VTOL thrusters and all the energy cells are dedicated for the weaponry.
