jokes aside, the mod is bloated from vanilla textures. iirc young eugene's textures are still in the game so there's no need to provide them in the mod.
the entire eugene_young folder can be deleted in survivors
eugene's vgui texture is too high in size, no resolution can take advantage of 1K vgui textures. that I know of atleast, so 256 would be the appropiate resolution here in theory (eugeneyong.vtf, if this texture is used at all)
unsure about eugene_diffuse at survivor_hands & weapons folder, it's not worth the size increase for little differences if any, with eugene's default c_arms texture
eugene's left zombie hand is upscaled (?), should be reverted back to 1024 to match his human counterpart. DXT5 on right hand seems useless as well.
i don't know why the shared_zombie folder is there on models? if it's replacing the default zombie FP animations it shouldn't be there at all. if optimized correctly, size should be around 10 to 20 MB
