Features
- adds currently accumulated XP to own councilor portraits, in place of statusText. "Captured" and "Traitor" still have precedence
- adds color-coding for when a councilor has enough XP to increase an attribute that increases faction Control Point cap, accounting for traits that modify attribute XP costs like Quick Learner, Striver and Inflexible

Requires Unity Mod Manager[www.nexusmods.com].

Built and tested on Terra Invicta 0.4.36. Verified on 0.4.43.

This mod applies Postfix patches to the following methods:
- CouncilorMissionCanvasController.UpdateMyCouncilorPanel
