OWB Expanded Generic Decisions Revamped - ERX Compat

This mod should hopefully make the OWB Expanded Generic Decisions Revamped mod compatible with the Enclave Reborn Rebux (aka, the single greatest submod of a mod ever made).

I'm not a good programmer, nor have I extensively used this mod since creating it, so there may be unexpected bugs/issues. That said, I intend to play with these mods in my own playlist, so I will do my best to fix any issues that crop up. If anyone else notices any issues, please feel free to either politely inform me or to instead hurl slurs at me in the comment section, and I will do best my to look into those problems as well.

I do not own and I do not make any claims as to the ownership of anything in this mod. So if for some reason I am not updating this mod or responding well enough in the comment sections, feel free to takeover my work.

Finally, I want to provide and emphasize credit to Steam User Qorf, who's comments under the decisions mod describing how to make these mods compatible directly inspired me to make this mod. In fact, I essentially copied his suggestion line for line, only making a handful of tweaks in order to make the fix work. if it wasn't for him, I probably wouldn't have spent these 30 minutes making this mod.
