Description
Built by HSC Ltd., the Mule-class is a purpose built Transport submarine. In the standard configuration, the Mule has 4 storage bays that can hold a wide variety of goods. However, different modules can be fitted to accommodate customers' unique needs (NOTE: Modules are not yet available to consumers). In addition, the Mule has a fully featured engineering bay and medical room. Though not the fastest ship, the Mule certainly isn’t the slowest, with adequate firepower and decent drainage, it’s able to hold its own in the hostile waters of Europa.

Yeah, I'm sure at the time I thought it was a good amount of cabinets but I could've probably added another big one somewhere, maybe in place of a couple of the crate shelves or something. I think most of my subs have about the same amount of cabinets just because that's the default in my brain at the moment. I definitely have to try out making the interior first rather than the shell! Thank you! I'll keep trying and making new subs!

Ah, if that's how you design them it definitely explains the kind of cramped feeling most have, (Which I honestly don't mind for the *most* part. Like I said, cosy!) If it helps some rooms breathe a little better and, of course, fit more storage spots in however it wouldn't be the worst idea to try switching it up if you do another.

And fair enough on the electricals. Glad it wasn't an oversight but something you solved another way. Look forward to anything else you create!

Thanks for taking a look at it and I appreciate the comment! I think I have to start working rooms first and then the sub, I do feel there’s a certain lack of space when I’m done just from having to squeeze everything in.

I just kinda wing it with the reactor, I’ve been using 5000ish on most of them and then balancing with engine and pump power requirements to be honest.

I think my rooms and layouts are pretty decent but I feel as though I have a bad section on every sub sadly. I’m definitely trying a bit of everything though at least!

Love your subs. Gorgeous interior designs, really good feel of "made for living in". Detail to crew comforts and needs like bunks and lounges is appreciated. They’ve an incredibly cosy vibe. Also like your commitment to helm rooms with big, glass windows. Nice views and extreme vulnerability. And none are OP, nearly on-par with anything vanilla.

Most to have the same problems though:
Nowhere near enough storage lockers
An oddly high powered reactor (In vanilla, 5000kw is mostly reserved for T3 subs, you have a T1 sub with that much)

Looked forward to the Mule in particular. Pretty disappointed after upgrading from the Camel and saw I’d be wrestling inventory management, needing to store everything in boxes on the floor or constantly sell.

That aside, really like the Mule's intentional quirks. An awkward gunnery room that needs you to take a ladder to switch stations. An also shape that doesn't even have a bottom docking hatch. A decently rounded sub. Nicely done.

You're right. My apologies, I don't know how I made that mistake.

I don't think that picture is from the Mule, but whatever it's from, it doesn't look like too big of a fix!

I love the layout of the rooms except for the cockpit. The room kind of... clips into the sea, which
I hope is fixable. https://imgur.com/a/bPCS4Vq
