Cartoon Combine [PM/NPC]

Description
Kept you waiting, huh?

Standalone NPC version of my cartoon combine addon, including Playermodels.
Textures illustrated by yours truly.

Unfortunately due to how c_arms are set up I could not get the elite or shotgunner variant skins working, so I just went with a generic grayscale skin.

No these are separate NPCs and playermodels, but I also made a reskin version

PLEASE FIX: cartoon combine elite can't shoot AR-2 balls, he throw grenade, this is wrong.
