Xfuel convenience store/gas station

Description
Here it is, xfuel gas station, features a store, parking lot, gas pumps, fuel price board, and some assorted items on the shelf. It also has an alarm, for robberies or fires, and a slushie machine. (important part too)
will probably make a propane area where you can buy/refill propane tanks, and a car wash.

different eras and styles coming soon.

to spawn this id recommend single pinning it and godmode.
