Add Ulugh Beg Observatory as a World Wonder.

The Ulugh Beg Observatory was a huge observatory built in Samarkand by Ulugh Beg, ruler of the Timurid dynasty, and at one time was the largest astronomical observatory in the world. The existence of the Ulugh Beg Observatory symbolises the Timurid revival of the golden age of Islamic scholarship, a high point of the "Timurid Renaissance".
