If u have problem of freezing at the ending of the game cutscenes it can be solved by adding in the fallout4.inifile(in my games/fallout4 inside the documents folder) this line "iNumHWThreads=2" at the end of the general section and by playing the game on window without border mode. i tried fullscreen but it freezed.
