Report a translation problem
You could delete the vanilla casus belli files from the other mods which would remove these problems entirely, since many other mods just copy and paste the entire file unmodified and most new casus belli get added in separate files.

Also, for those who are wondering about the 'project' I mentioned in my previous comment, I'm no longer playing or modding CK2 because CK3 is (and I'm sorry to admit this) much more modifiable and someone already made an old-TW style diplomatic interaction (which is absolutely fantastic).
