Description
Querentin's HQ M16 on Animal33's M16 anims

Notable Changes:
- RNG animations were removed from the original addon
- Sound events were adjusted to use the actual M16 sounds instead of the SCAR's
- Animation timing now properly matches the M16, meaning solo and local hosters won't suffer longer reload times

This item does NOT contain custom sounds!

You know how the parts of a weapon move when your reloading like on a m16 the shutter moves when your reloading it's kinda hard to explain but it's a detail the last stand update added a while ago
