Charger Variety Pack Hillfolk Charger Restored

Description
Restores the Hillfolk charger to Sirwololo's Variety pack for those who didn't want to see it go.

Originally it was removed because the model was unfinished, this doesn't fix the model.

Also made some edits so the skins stand out more from eachother, namely combining different aspects of different skins.

uploaded with permission, full credit to Sirwololo.

This mod is a gift for Sam.

the main reason isn't due to laziness (that's only part of it!)

the main reason is that it'd absolutely cause the game to crash if it has to load too much at once, since RNG tends to fuck up a lot of stuff in the game if overused.
