Neko Species fix

Description
Fixes the neko species mod and attaches them to follow base game species typing

Must come after the original mod in the load order as it relies on files from it

This fix was commissioned.

Updated to fix an issue where the Neko species name could not be generated when the original mod author removed the "Species class" folder in the latest update to their mod
