Developed and used by Golden Bough, The Baron Class Cargo Hauler was mostly used to transport large amounts of cargo to Tycho and Ceres without any need for escorts. The baron was originally created to solve the issues Golden Bough was having with pirates and rival factions but was later retrofitted with a large hanger at the front to hold small miner ships, the only downside to this, is that the hanger would often get damaged by a miner's thrusters. The Baron also has built in tycho batteries if the ship needs to be fitted with a railgun or coilgun. With a easily accessible maintenance door, server room, equipment room, large bridge, cargo bay, and somewhat functional hanger, the Baron Cargo Hauler was a valuable asset to golden bough until its retirement.
