CS2 port of the Tier 1 surf map.

This map was originally created by Skar for CSS, and the CSGO port by a-ha! was used to port to CS2.

The map and textures have been ported and implemented as it, only updating minor details that will allow the map to work in CS2. While ramp bugs have been minimised, they will still linger due to game limitations. The appropriate trigger naming conventions have been implemented to ensure that the map works with the SurfTimer plugin.

This is my first port so any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to the CS2 Surf Discord for assistance and resources.
