Finally after almost a year in development Bobert is finally here! Everybody's not so favorite Civilian from Monolith City is now in Rivals! Play as the monolith maniac himself and use Boberts iconic weapon, a modified crossbow that can shoot bullets!? Be careful as you only have limited ammo and wasting all of the bullets can turn the tides quickly! So remember to reload often!

This is also my first Rivals Character! Making a character is very hard I only have some knowledge with coding, I'm not a coding guru only an animator. :)



As stated above Bobert has only 12 bullets in his crossbow. But don't fret as the HUD shows how much ammunition is left. watch the lightbulb on the HUD when you lose ammo. Over time the bulb will change from green to yellow to red. Once you're all out of ammunition the HUD will alert you to reload! When you've finally ran out of ammunition you won't be able to use any of your specials apart from DSpecial. The only way to recover your ammunition is by either using Dspecial, Parrying or Jumping off stage.

Ammunition Cost: -1 Ammo
Bobert shoots one bullet from his crossbow sending out a shot that goes off in one direction, you can do this as many times as possible until you run out of ammunition.

Ammunition Cost: -2 Ammo
Bobert will launch himself sideways with his crossbow putting out a big boot to smack any opponents. This attack is very useful for recovering be sure to use this move first, then use USpecial if needed. FSpecial also can be used on both sides, the crossbow side has huge knockback and can KO pretty quickly, while the Boberts Boot can be used to push opponents.

Ammunition Cost: -1 Ammo
Bobert will blast himself upward with his crossbow for a decent recovery, this move will send Bobert into pratfall so be weary. Opponents be warned as coming in contact with USpecial will send you plummeting into the blastzone especially at high percentages!

Ammunition Cost: +1 Ammo
Good news! there is a way to obtain your ammunition back and it's not from jumping off the stage, It's DSpecial! If Boberts low on ammunition just press DSpecial and you'll regain +1 ammunition. Bad news is that there's a cooldown, this makes running out of ammunition more punishable towards the player because you've spammed all your specials. Be sure to learn how to Parry, duck, dodge, and crawl.

Ammunition Cost: +1 Ammo
Out of ammo and need it in a pinch, simply parry! This is another way to reload if you don't want to deal with the pesky DSpecial cooldown! If you are full on ammunition and you parry it will not do anything, sorry if you were expecting to get more ammo.

Bobert has a crawling function, simply crouch then move left or right, you can also attack in this state by using DTilt. This can be used in other means of dodging attacks. but be careful as you aren't invincible in the crawl state!
