Roanoke City Cover

Hey y'all! This is a modification to the original Canadian City Cover made by TOYO1515, which can be found here → https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3003318663. TOYO did an amazing job with their cover, and I wanted to "create" my own! I decided to go with Roanoke as its a city I recently visited on a trip. I also saw the other modification of this cover portraying Los Angeles, made by Nathanscp, which can be found here → https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3162616594. This modification motivated me to make this one, and I am more than happy with whats been done so far!

Whats been done:
- Roanoke Star has been added.
- All signs have been converted to MPH.
- Some other signs have been modified to better represent Roanoke.

Although short, I do plan to add more! Some planned items include:
- Fauna.
- More dense properties.
- Extra props/details.
