Update: a slight nerf, mostly just because my heroes are leveling too fast to stay at lv2/4 for bosses

Reduce XP needed to level up, especially at the lower levels.

For reference: XP gained per expedition (short-medium-long)
- Apprentice: 2-3-4
- Veteran: 4-6-8
- Champion: 8-12-16

My level system: 0-2-5-8-16-24-40
- Level 0-1: 1 short apprentice run to gain 1 level (2)
- Level 1-3: 1 medium apprentice run to gain 1 level (3*2)
- Level 3-5: 1 long veteran run to gain 1 level (8*2)
- Level 5-6: 1 long champion(16XP)

Idle heroes now heal 10 stress per week.

that's fair, i only play vanilla atm. cant be bother to reach week 100+
still anybody can easily change that if they want

Oh but people are ALSO likely to be exploring several modded areas, which adds many weeks to a playthrough. So youre right but only if there isnt more content to complete

The default value is 5 per week. You will level up a lot faster which mean less weeks, so for me it's a fair compensation.
It's also very easy to make your own version, it's all in roster.variables.json

Idle stress heal buff is out of place here.
You want download this mod when you have a bunch of modded heroes with large/infinite barrack space. When you have that many heroes, base idle stress heal already becomes more effective, since more idle characters = more stress relieved passively. In other words, with a lot of heroes its easier to put together a fit for the job team of non-stressed characters
